1. Use of service

WareBills SaaS products are licensed on a subscription basis. Use is subject to fair-use limits published in your plan.

2. Billing & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically. Trial plans do not auto-charge. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of first payment.

3. Data ownership

You own your business data. We store it securely and provide export options at any time.

4. Liability

WareBills is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.
